Public information

Accessibility statement

Mikron is committed to making its online service accessible in accordance with article 47 of French law no. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

Compliance status

Non-compliant. Mikron is declared non-compliant because no complete valid RGAA audit currently establishes a compliance percentage.

Reference applied to this review: RGAA version 4.1.2, currently in force. This automated gate examines a limited set of technical criteria and does not establish overall RGAA compliance.

Test results

The scoped automated audit was established on 29 July 2026.

The retained gate checks contrast, keyboard operation, focus visibility, form labels, error identification, headings, landmarks, page titles, language and direction, image alternative presence, unique identifiers, 200% zoom and reflow at 320 pixels.

No percentage of the 106 RGAA criteria is published: the criteria requiring human judgement have not all been evaluated.

Content and checks not yet accessible or complete

Known non-compliance

  • After a server-side validation failure, the dedicated error page announces and names each invalid field, but it cannot programmatically associate those messages with the controls on the preceding form.
  • The service has not yet undergone a complete manual audit of every applicable RGAA 4.1.2 criterion.

To be validated by people

  • Actual rendering and operation with NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver.
  • Relevance, clarity and concision of image and QR-code text alternatives.
  • Perceived reading order and the understanding of dynamic announcements.
  • Cognitive load, clarity of language and understanding of instructions and error messages.
  • Task-based testing with disabled users and healthcare staff who use assistive technology.

Disproportionate burden exemptions

No disproportionate burden exemption has been identified.

Content outside the accessibility obligation

No content outside the obligation has been identified.

Comfort improvement: the service currently imposes a dark theme. This is not identified as a failure of the criteria examined, but a user-selectable appearance remains desirable.
